Trusted devices
Browsers where you chose “Trust this device for 30 days”. They skip the code at sign-in – sensitive actions still ask for it.
Confirmation for sensitive actions
Deleting your account, connecting a launcher, turning off two-step sign-in or creating new backup codes need a fresh confirmation – a code (with two-step sign-in) or a new Steam sign-in. It stays valid for 10 minutes.
